I have a short film, family drama as a proof of concept to make the feature. What will be the best approach to attract sales agents, distributors at the AFM?
Hi Joe! I would first register and get access to the attendees list. I would then research who appropriate targets are based on your genre and budget targets (and if you're a first time feature director, who works with first time directors) - then do some email outreach prior to AFM to your targets linking to a short teaser and ask if people would like to read your script and watch your short proof of concept and meet at AFM... that's the best approach. Let me know if you have any other questions!
